Mist Outdoors collaboration with Trees That Count
Trees That Count is an Aotearoa New Zealand environmental charity dedicated to supporting native forest restoration at scale. Born from the legacy of Project Crimson, it has grown into the largest network of credible planting projects in the country, with over 1,500 restoration efforts funded and more than 2 million native trees planted by 2025.
Their mission is to connect businesses, communities, and individual Kiwis with expertly managed planting projects assessed by ecologists to ensure lasting ecological benefit. Trees That Count supports outcomes such as biodiverse habitats, cleaner waterways, enhanced carbon sinks, wildlife corridors, and strengthened climate resilience. My recent partnership with Trees That Count aligns perfectly with Mist Outdoors’ values: gear built for adventure, impact rooted in restoration, and shared stewardship of our land.
